Please check the listing when purchasing - the collections are limited editions or stated Made to Order. Please allow the time mentioned on the items description for pieces made to order. Once the pieces are ready, they will be dispatched within the time described below after making time. 

UK DELIVERY

£12 EXPRESS delivery takes 1-3 working days.

FREE UK delivery in orders £50 and up.

£6 STANDARD delivery takes 2-4 working days. 

First class signed with Royal Mail. 

 EU, US & Canada DELIVERY

£20 EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping: 2-11 working days (Royal Mail).

 FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL shipping with Royal Mail Over £200 orders ( All taxes included): 3-17 working days.

£20 STANDARD INTERNATIONAL shipping:  3-17 working days (Royal Mail).

 FREE Standard shipping on orders over £ 200 takes between 4-10 working days depending on your country.  

£20 For orders under £200 takes 4-10 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please note that recipients outside the UK and the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine what this price is before ordering if you have any concern.

RECEIPT

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery. In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as date in which goods were received. UK & International orders are sent with Royal Mail.
