Return

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Postage costs of sending any product back to us falls with the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a description of the fault/damage and a picture to silvia@sidimojewellery.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items

No returns are made for commissions and personalised items.

We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Postage Costs

Postage costs of sending any product back to us falls with the customer

Please package your product securely in it's original packaging or other appropriate packaging which will protect it. We advise to send your parcel with a tracked and insured service for your own protection, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. 

Please email us at silvia@sidimojewellery.com before posting any item back to us so we can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
